Flysurfer Connect 2 Control Bar, Like new, just an open box model.
The CONNECT2 is a 4-line control bar with single frontline safety system. The bar spar is colour-coded left/right and front/rear and easy to distinguish. The low-weight control bar weighs 0.84 kg (incl. flying lines) and has a tether for a brake line. The flying lines have a total length of 21 m and are equipped with 14 m + 7 m extension from the control bar towards the kite. The front lines can be manually untwisted via a swivel above the SIMPLE Quick Release. The release distance is 3 m and is adapted to the PEAK as well as VIRON product lines. All other kites in the FLYSURFER portfolio require a longer release distance in order to be able to flag out completely. The CONNECT2 Control Bar can be converted to the 5-line B-Safe system, which horizontally collapses the kite before it sinks to the ground without pressure. The length of the depower-way is 45 cm and the length of the adjuster-way is 20 cm. The floaters can be removed as an option, and the steering leader lines underneath have a knot ladder for extending the steering lines.

CONNECT2 VS. CONNECT1
The CONNECT2 Control Bar is delivered as a 4-line with FLS (Frontline Safety System). The FLS end line is coated in blue and equipped with a swivel ball. The leash hardly gets shortened or twisted. This measure prevents the shortening of a single front line, which would result in the kite steering independently to one side. An FLS end line (blue) is included in the scope of delivery instead of the depower rope. The blue FLS end line has a sheath that can be rubbed through after heavy use. In this case the enclosed white line becomes visible. The exchange with the enclosed FLS end line is essential. The conversion from 21 m to 14 m flight line length has been significantly simplified and works like the FORCE and INFINITY Control Bar. To do this, the flight line extensions are loosened, the safety systems FLS and B-Safe are still fully functional. The CONNECT2 now has pigtails to prevent wear on the splice ends on the flying lines.
