Getting desperate. Out in back yard today (8/12) but mostly frustrated. However, Monday looking promising. Given the rain, Milwaukee beaches should be sparsely populated, so somewhere on the big pond should work given NE wind. Unless there is frequent lightning, I am going to get wet.
