Not getting my hopes up or anything, but maybe??? Again, would avoid Bradford zoo and probably wingfoil Grant Park.

If the forcast holds well I was going to head to sheboygan after work. But if it looks questionable I might try to stay local. Where do you go in grant park? At the beach by Ferches? Should be pleanty of room to launch a kite there if it isn't too crowded huh?
Grant park has pleanty of room to launch kites, and some of the permanent volleyball infrastructure can come in handy. People rarely an issue, the real issue is that you need enough west in the mix or the point to the north makes inside a real challenge. I will wingfoil instead of kite and can be useful for winging to launch behind the break in the inlet to get out with heavier surf.
It's been good wind this week. Tuesday was riding at Grant and yesterday a few of us were at Bradford. North end of Bradford is open and sandy. Tons of wind yesterday. Looks like another windy afternoon today...I was in board shorts both days 😀
Great wind at Bradford yesterday. On weekdays the north end of the beach usually has a pretty open spot for launching.
Water was so much warmer in the harbor -- spotted Stafford on this boat too. Good day!
Man stinks I missed it, wind was only showin like 10kt so i didn't think it was worth checking out. Might need to at least peak at grant park this afternoon I suppose!
@Jeff Jacobs Powerman - text me next time you are on the big pond and have wind. Looking at WindAlert again convinced me it wasn't wirth the drive. But I have a bigger question: What does McKinley look like? Have they re-opened the area with the breakwall around it? I should drive fown to look myself, but since you were in the neighborhood...
Hey Jeff,
The McKinley gravel area is decent. They cut a tree down and beach line is wide.
The old crescent sand beach is still majorly under construction. They'll be lucky to be done by winter.
