I saw this dredging machine parked at Bixhorn on Saturday. I don't know when it will be working to clear the boat ramp...

I just went past and it is just sitting there. there is a no boats launch sign up, but kites aren't boats...
I am here now and the dredger and a dump truck are parked next to the ramp. There is a barricade up that says boat launch closed for dredging. I don't know if the people are working today and at lunch or if they are not working today. The dredger is dry. It would be easy to walk into the water around the barricade however if they come back and start working it may be tough to get out. Not sure if they're actually working today or just getting ready.
The dump truck has some kind of floats that seem like they can be used to isolate and area for dredging and they are clean and dry..I do not think that they are dredging today. I suspect they are setting up for tomorrow. I am going to give it a go.

Muskego is great right now. Gusty but strong. Everyone's out on tens and doing well. I was on a 10 but probably should have been on an eight. Still had a great time.
