Ozone 32 x 1.5" Cinch strap.  This is the strap used to cinch kites down when folded up inside the kite bag.  However, some people have used it to create a waist strap for the wing leash.  In a really bad wipeout, I'm not sure the buckle will be strong enough to take that, so use it at your own risk.
