PKS Mini Slider-Release Leashes are the industry standard, Push Away sytle.  They full release under load by pushing away the soft foam handle.  They have removable clips on each end so it's very easy to replace they if they ever need it.  The high-stregth webbing eliminates material breakdown found in neoprene leashes, and the internal bungee helps absorb shock of full flag-out situations.
